In the “Missing Children Incident”, William Afton was responsible for killing five children namely; Charlie, Caddies, Sussex, Gabriel and Fritz.
He lured the children at the back of the Pizzeria. This led to the ultimate closure of the restaurant.

How did Michael Afton die?
Michael died from a fire set on the Pizzeria by his boss Henry to free the souls and kill everybody. This is after Henry praises him for being a “brave volunteer.”
He was the second Afton to die after his younger brother Chris.
Michael went on to live through Ennard.
How did Chris Afton die?
Chris Afton, Michael’s youngest brother accidentally died at the hands of Michael as a result of a prank gone bad and subsequently went into a coma. He is believed to have died as a result of the nightmares that tormented him.
He went on to possess Shadowy Freddy.
How did Elizabeth die?
She disobeyed her father and went to the Circus Baby, a machine that had been created by the father. The machine attacked and killed her.
She went on to possess Scrap Baby.
How did William Afton murder the Five children?
William used cake and a yellow suit to lure the children into the backroom of the Pizzeria and murdered them.
